Do I get a tracking number?
We will send tracking details to you once the order is despatched.
How long does it take to deliver the product?
Once the order is received, it will take 2-3 working days to process the order.
After we despatch the order, it will take 4-10 days to deliver the package depending on the courier services. Please find the estimated date of delivery of the courier services.
India Post:
Register Parcel: 4-10 working days after the despatch of the order. (More secure than RBP)
Register Book Post (RBP): 4-10 working days after the despatch of the order. (Less secure compared to Register Parcel)
Kindly note that our despatch section remains close on Sunday and other national and Math holidays.
There might be a delay in shipment of the orders which are placed especially during those holidays.
Order placed after 4.00 IST, will be processed in the next working day.
What should I do if an item is defective?
If there’s a few pages missing from a book or a CD/DVD, that’s not working, please email to rkmnpb@gmail.com and we will send you a replacement. If it’s a damaged item during shipping, we will need some form of proof that the item (a picture/photo of that item) is defective and we can ship the product again.
How much do you charge for domestic shipping?
The shipping charges are computed based on combined cart weight. If the weight is more than standard weight of India post Register Parcel, then we will ship the books in multiple parcels.
We may include packing charges and handling fees in final shipping charges.
